How to Cook Pinto Beans, A Great Vegetarian Protein

At the end of cooking time, add a few tablespoons of soy sauce and a little more olive oil to give the sauce a rich flavor. The beans are now ready to serve. They are cooked at low temperatures throughout the day. This can be done in a saucepan, on the stove, or wherever you like.
